Hello, students!

The registration of Jessup International Law Mock Court Competition (JILMCC) is coming.

Known as a famous international competition worldwide, JILMCC has been held in China for 19 years. At present, there are a number of colleges and universities (about 55) engage in the competition. It is the first year for Lanzhou University Law School to participate in the competition. The event will be held in early March 2022.

The competition is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for students involved. It is featured as difficulty, high requirements and long-run (from September to March of the next year). The official language of its cases around the world is English, which means that considerable time and effort are demanded for domestic participants` preparation. Consequently, it will greatly help and improve their reasoning, logic, writing and oral expression. Hence, if you want to shape yourself into an elite of law and challenge top students from other colleges and universities at home and abroad, you may have a try.

According to the rules of the competition, team members of each school should be 2 to 5. Besides, there is an interview and selection process before forming a team. The specific steps are as follows:
