Professor Zhou Linbin's resume:

Zhou Linbin is a member of the Communist Party of China as well as a Doctor of Law. He is currently the director of the Center for Legal Economics Research of Sun Yat-sen University, the director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Civil and Commercial Law of the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University. He is also the Vice-President of the Chinese Commercial Law Research Association, the Standing Director of the Chinese Economic Law Research Association, the Standing Director of the Chinese Society of International Economic Law Research, the President of the Guangdong Institute of Civil and Commercial Law, the Legal Adviser of the Guangdong Government and the Public Security Department, and the China International Economic Arbitrator of the Arbitration Commission, senior consultant of Beijing Deheng Law Office, independent director of listed companies and is devoted to other academic and practical part-time jobs. Since 1986, more than 150 academic papers of him have been published in journals such as Chinese Social Sciences, Law Research and Chinese Law. More than 20 academic monographs and professional textbooks have been published in publishing houses such as Peking University Press and Law Press. He has presided over 15 projects funded by the State and Ministry of Education in related research fields, and has won many provincial and ministerial awards for scientific research achievements. Later, he was awarded honorary titles of State Council Special Allowance Experts, Provincial Excellent Teachers and Provincial Social Science Research Leaders.
