In 1991, he obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Lanzhou University.
In 2002, he obtained a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Lanzhou University.
In 2015, he obtained a doctor’s degree of law from Lanzhou University.
From 1991 to 1995, studied at the Law Department of Lanzhou University (later changed to Law School)
From 1995 to 2002, he successively worked at Hekou Material Station of Gansu Provincial Material Administration and Gansu Sixth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
From 2002 to 2005, he studied at the Law School of Lanzhou University.
From 2005 to August 2019, he worked as a teacher at the School of Resources and Environment of Lanzhou University.
Since August 2018, he has been a lecturer at the Law School of Lanzhou University.

Judicial Practice
As a part-time lawyer for eighteen years, he has represented as a criminal defender in a deliberate homicide case that shocked the whole of China. The case was reported by CCTV "Legal Report" and DRAGON TV. He has represented the largest organizing and leading underworld case in Pingliang; he has also represented large civil complex and complicated cases, such as Su Moumou v. Gansu Construction Engineering Company, Zhang Moujun v. Pingliang Construction Company, and Li Mou v. Pan Mou. Some equity transfer disputes, a construction contract dispute case of a new material company in Pingliang, and a construction contract dispute case of a Lanzhou company. Among them, the construction contract dispute of a Lanzhou company passed the first trial of Lanzhou Intermediate Court, the second trial of Gansu High Court, the retrial of Lanzhou Intermediate Court, the second trial of Gansu High Court and the Supreme People's Court. As a perennial legal advisor to many large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, he has extensive experience in applying legal theory accurately and skillfully to judicial practice. Use personally undertaken cases with great controversy and academic discussion value to achieve the goal of training excellent legal and practical talents through practical teaching.
