A brief introduction
In 2003, he received a bachelor's degree from Gansu University of Political Science and Law, a master's degree in legal theory from Northwest Normal University in 2010, and a doctor's degree in legal theory from Renmin University of China in 2014. In 2013, he visited the University of Chicago Law School. From 2003 to 2006, he successively taught at Gansu Radio and Television University, volunteered at Chengguan nine-year school in Maqu County, Gannan Prefecture, Gansu Province, and served as a teacher and master's supervisor at Beijing Union University from 2014 to 2019. Since December 2019, he has been working as a teacher and master's supervisor in Law School of Lanzhou University.
