On the 29^th of August , the Law School of Lanzhou University and the Standing Committee of Tianshui People's Congress held the signing ceremony of the local legislative research and consultation base in Tianshui Hotel. Sha Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School of Lanzhou University, Chi Fangxu, Han Xuemei, Deputy Professor, Jiang Xiaoqiang, Director of the Standing Committee of Tianshui People's Congress, Pu Chaohui, An Zhihong, Song Jianping, Wang Xiaoqin, Secretary-General Yang Kun, etc. attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by Pu Chaohui, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Tianshui People's Congress.

At the signing ceremony, Secretary Sha Peng, speaking as a representative of the contracted universities, said that the establishment of a local legislative research and consultation base with the Standing Committee of the Tianshui People's Congress was an excellent platform and rare opportunity for cooperation between the Law School of Lanzhou University and the Tianshui People's Congress in serving the construction of local rule of law and providing intellectual services for the economic and social development of Tianshui City, to provide in-depth intellectual support for the local legislative work of the Standing Committee of the Tianshui Municipal People's Congress, carefully organize teams, actively investigate and study, give full play to professional strength, strengthen communication and cooperation between the two sides, accomplish various legislative tasks with high quality, and contribute to promoting scientific legislation, democratic legislation and improving the quality of legislation.

Vice President Chi Fangxu signed a contract with the Standing Committee of Tianshui People's Congress on behalf of the College and accepted the sign of co-construction of a local legislative research and consultation base.

After the signing ceremony, the first joint meeting of the local legislative research and consultation base of the Standing Committee of the Tianshui People's Congress was held, and the leaders and experts and scholars attending the meeting discussed and exchanged ideas of the work of the local legislative research and consultation base.
