Born in March 1970, Mengjin County, Henan Province. She is a member of the Democratic League. She published more than ten papers in core journals. She participated in the EU Social Welfare and Social Development Projects, presided over the study of China's land legal system, and Gansu Provincial Local Legislation Assessment project in 2014.
