'China Arbitration Week” Special Event by Lanzhou University 2018

“China Arbitration Week” is an arbitration activity, seminar and exchanging initiated by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in conjunction with Renmin University of China, All China Lawyers Association, Beijing Lawyers Association and China Maritime Arbitration Commission to expand Institutional publicity, upgrade internationalization and modernization of arbitration, promote   law education and train world-class arbitration talents.

At present, in order to fully implement the Opinions of the China Government and State Council on Improving the Diversified Settlement Mechanism for Contradictions and Disputes and promoting the Development of Open Economy and Participate in the Construction of the “Belt and Road”, the 6^th China Arbitration Week will be held  from  15^th September to 21^st September in 2018, approved by the China Arbitration Week Organizing Committee, Lanzhou University Law School , China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beihai International Arbitration Institute. In collaboration they will hold the first Chinese Arbitration Week in Lanzhou University from  15th to 19^th September. The event is also one of the activities of Lanzhou University Law School on the '110th Anniversary of Lanzhou University'.
